While your muscles loosen up again in the most pleasant of ways, you can relive your impressions of nature in your thoughts and make your plans for next day

Indoor swimming pool
Our panoramic indoor pool is equipped with counter-current equipment, massage bench, pool floor jets and a waterfall.

Finnish sauna
After your swim, the Finnish sauna is an enticing way of enjoying sweating. Alternating between dry heat of between 60 and 95° and cooling off has lots of positive effects: The body is invigorated, the immune system is strengthened, the muscle system relaxes and the circulation is boosted. In addition, sweating while taking a sauna cleanses the skin thoroughly but gently, and stimulates its circulation.

Turkish steam bath
High humidity and lower temperatures make the steam bath a real benefit for the skin and the airways. Every period in the steam is followed by cooling off under the experience shower.

Infrared cabin
Infrared rays create a comforting feeling of warmth – a gentle and relaxing alternative to a sauna.

Kneipp equipment
Treading water the Pastor Kneipp way helps the blood flow and stimulates the circulation. Used in the evening, it is also said to help you get to sleep.

Cold room
For tingling refreshment in between using the sauna.

Relaxation room
Whether it’s really hot, mild and steamy or gentle: Ample rest periods are both a must and a benefit when you are using the sauna.

Please note that our saunas are no-clothes areas and are reserved for our adult guests. You are free to take your children into the relaxation room with you.
